Ordering
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation will include all details regarding products, pricing, billing, and delivery addresses.
If there are any errors in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can send you a return shipping label. If you receive a return shipping label and the item is not returned within two weeks, we reserve the right to interpret this as you wishing to keep the item. In such cases, an invoice will be sent to you for the incorrect item.
-Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been completed. We work quickly to pack and ship your order as soon as possible, which means we are unable to stop or modify it once it has been confirmed.
Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 1-4 days. Note: Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.
If there are delays in delivery (without prior notice of extended delivery time), please contact us at [email protected].
Unclaimed goods will be returned to us. For all packages not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, processing, and handling fees, currently 300 SEK. The same applies to all packages not picked up on site.
For returns, all packages must be sent with trackable shipping to ensure traceability and delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages if the customer chooses to send the package without trackable shipping.
Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or inaccuracies due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
Right of Withdrawal
We offer a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. If the item is returned after this period, we reserve the right not to approve the return.
When we receive a return, we reserve the right to register it and respond within 3 weeks. If the return is not approved, you will be notified within the same timeframe, and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Using Your Right of Withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notice should be sent to [email protected], and your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items are being returned.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Products should therefore be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
Your right of withdrawal includes a full refund of the amount you paid for the item within 30 days from the day we received the returned item.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the item's original value for used or damaged products.
The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:
- Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, are sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Services that have been performed, and where you have explicitly agreed that the service starts without a right of withdrawal.
- Sale items, hijabs & jilbabs, under hijabs, and hijab accessories.
- Please note that no refunds or open purchases apply to special orders.
-Open purchase / returns do not apply to khimars and hijabs.
When purchasing a set that includes a khimar, the open purchase policy does not apply to the set either.
Returns or cancellations are only accepted if the items have not been tried on and are returned in their original, unopened packaging, including the bag and the silk paper in which the items were packed.
Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before shipping. If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake to rectify the error free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be sent immediately after discovering the defect.
If a claim is approved and the customer chooses to return the item for a full refund, the item must be returned within the specified timeframe. If the return is not completed within this period, the right to a refund expires entirely, and no other options, such as a partial refund, will be offered. The customer is responsible for adhering to our return policy to be eligible for a refund.
How to Proceed with a Complaint:
Any errors and defects must be reported to [email protected], where you should include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
If we cannot rectify the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Package Holding and Fees
We hold all packages for one week after the order date. If the package is not picked up within this time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, a fee of 300 SEK will be applied.
For packages shipped outside of Sweden, if the package is not picked up within the holding period, we will send an invoice for any additional costs incurred due to the cancellation.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as the sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as some color variation may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
- For some of our products, labels may be cut or removed. This is part of our handling process and does not affect the quality, functionality, or appearance of the item. This information is also stated in the product description.

Payment Provider

Our payment providers are Klarna, Card, and Swish.
Shipping Company
To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. This includes first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email addresses and/or mobile numbers may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
Our shipping partner is PostNord.
Right to Access
You have the right to request a copy of all information we hold about you. The copy will be provided electronically in a readable format.

You have the right to request that we update incorrect information or complete information that is incomplete.

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted upon order or visit to the website.
Dispute and Applicable Law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company’s customer service, you as a customer may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se. For residents of other EU countries than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission’s platform for online dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In case of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or the relevant dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
